Service Description
All new students begin with a reading assessment. This important first step allows us to better understand your child’s current reading level, identify their specific needs, and determine how we can best support their progress. We intentionally keep our program selective and only accept students when we are confident that our approach is the right fit. We also open only a limited number of spots each term to ensure every child receives personalized, high-quality support. The assessment allows us to learn more about your child’s unique needs and recommend the most suitable next steps for their success.
Cancellation Policy
Your child’s session time is reserved exclusively, and teachers prepare specifically for each student. As such, missed sessions are not refunded or credited for any reason, including illness, travel, or scheduling conflicts. One rescheduled session may be granted per month, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given and an alternative time is available. Rescheduling is not guaranteed, is granted at the discretion of your child’s reading specialist, and cannot be repeated. If the rescheduled session is missed, it will be forfeited. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered missed and cannot be rescheduled. Small group classes are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling. Holiday sessions follow the MpM holiday policy.
