Service Description
Our small group classes provide targeted reading support in a warm, collaborative setting. With a maximum of 4-5 students per group, each child receives personalized attention while benefiting from peer interaction. Lessons are tailored to meet the needs of French immersion learners and focus on building strong foundational reading skills through engaging, structured activities. We offer four levels to support every stage of your child's reading journey.
Cancellation Policy
Your child’s session time is reserved exclusively, and teachers prepare specifically for each student. As such, missed sessions are not refunded or credited for any reason, including illness, travel, or scheduling conflicts. One rescheduled session may be granted per month, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given and an alternative time is available. Rescheduling is not guaranteed, is granted at the discretion of your child’s reading specialist, and cannot be repeated. If the rescheduled session is missed, it will be forfeited. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered missed and cannot be rescheduled. Small group classes are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling. Holiday sessions follow the MpM holiday policy.
