Service Description
Dates: July 2nd to August 22nd (Note: July 1st class is rescheduled to Friday, July 2nd) Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays | 12:00 PM ET Class Duration: 45 minutes Price: $30 per class Early Bird Special: Register before May 15 to save $20 Best suited for: Grade 2 or equivalent reading level This summer, give your child the support they need to become a more confident and fluent reader in French. Our Level 2 group is designed for students who are already familiar with basic letter sounds and can blend simple syllables. We build on this foundation to help them recognize patterns, improve reading fluency, and expand their vocabulary. Each 45-minute session includes direct instruction, guided reading, and engaging activities tailored to French immersion students. Students will receive instruction from experienced reading specialists who understand the unique challenges of learning to read in a second language. Program Focus: Strengthening vowel and consonant combinations Building fluency with simple syllables and short words French phonics – Part 2 Guided reading with beginner-level texts Review and practice of high-frequency words Encouraging reading stamina and comprehension Group sessions are capped at 5 students to ensure individual attention and meaningful participation. With three sessions per week, students benefit from consistent practice, which is key for building lasting reading skills. By the end of the summer, your child will be more fluent, more confident, and better prepared for success in the new school year.

Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ – Cancellation Policy At MpM French Reading Academy, we understand that schedules can change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness for both families and our reading specialists while maintaining the consistency students need for progress. 1. Private Sessions – Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel a one-on-one session, we require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled within the same month, depending on availability. Rescheduled sessions are not guaranteed. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. Missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. 2. Group Classes Group classes follow a fixed schedule and are not eligible for rescheduling. If your child misses a group class, no refund or make-up session will be provided, as the class will continue in their absence. If MpM cancels a group class for any reason (e.g., instructor illness), a make-up class or credit will be offered. Please ensure consistent attendance to make the most of the group learning experience.
